Johnathon Blake, MD, earned his bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Washburn University and medical degree and master of health services administration from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Dr. Blake completed his internship in internal medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Blake is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and the American Medical Association.
